Rye’s seniors had a great win over the Frankston Bombers today, winning with a score 17-15-117 def. 8-10-58, at Frankston’s home ground the Greg Beck oval on Sages Road Frankston South. Rye’s seniors turned around their previous week’s result to record a resounding win against the Dromana Tigers, who were sitting one place behind Rye in 3rd position on the ladder. Rye’s winning ways came to an end against Tyabb at the Yabbies’ home ground at Tyabb. Rye was outplayed by a vastly more determined team, was second to every contest and looked generally lethargic.
